February, 2005: Purchase of Fifty (50%) percent interest in Ace Comics, Inc., a privately held corporation which manages and operates a retail location at 8110 South Orange Blossom Trail, in Orlando, Florida. Ace Comics, Inc. sells various comics, cards and other collectible items, including but not limited to figurines, busts, statues, vintage baseball card collections, action play sets and novelty items.

BMW Reports Higher 4Q Profits on Sales (AP): AP - Luxury carmaker BMW AG said Thursday that profit jumped in the fourth quarter and the company posted a 14 percent increase in full-year earnings on the strength of strong sales of new models and a focus on its premium brands.
