February, 2005: Purchase of Fifty (50%) percent interest in Ace Comics, Inc., a privately held corporation which manages and operates a retail location at 8110 South Orange Blossom Trail, in Orlando, Florida. Ace Comics, Inc. sells various comics, cards and other collectible items, including but not limited to figurines, busts, statues, vintage baseball card collections, action play sets and novelty items.
